Picture News

At our school, we use Picture News to help children learn about the world around them in an engaging and age-appropriate way. Each week, pupils explore a thought-provoking image linked to a real news story and discuss important questions about the topic. This helps children develop their speaking, listening, and critical thinking skills, while also learning about values such as respect, kindness, and responsibility. Picture News supports our PSHE curriculum and encourages pupils to think carefully about current events and their impact on people and communities.
